We begin by assessing what work can be relocated successfully. Typically work that does not require face-to-face interaction with clients and is essentially electronic in nature can be relocated. This initial assessment can be completed within 2 weeks and concludes with a signed agreement to proceed with the creation of the satellite office.
We begin by staffing, equipping and training all India based staff at our offices in India. The ideal initial size of each technical group is around 5 people and each group then has enough capacity to double over time to accommodate growth. This is followed by a period of testing and fine tuning the service to deliver agreed standards of quality, turnaround and cost. This entire process can be completed in 3 months.
Following the initial setup, we operate and manage the services from your dedicated satellite office for the duration of the contract period. The term of the contract can vary, however it is preferable to plan for an initial term of 3 years.
